What is Anime ? Anime are animation originated from Japan, the word "Anime" is a short term of "animation" word since Japanese pronounce animation into animeshion [ animetion ] so it is then called as Anime and not as Anima. In definition Anime falls into animation category just how Toyota fall under car category. So what is Anime? Anime is animated Manga art because the art you see in Anime are the same art you see in Manga [ Japanese graphic novel ]. Anime used as brand name for
Asians [ Japan, Korea, China ] animation because there
is still no country other than those 3 Asian countries who ever made even 1 Anime up to this
day. Anime
invented by Japanese as well as with the invention
of animation
before the year of 1900's or before Japan entering the
era of telecommunication or long before television introduced
to the world. But you will find many non Asian peoples out there who will
claim they are the inventor of animation while the fact proves
they are just lying. Not only because they can't make even 1 Anime
up to this day and only able to make low quality animation known
as Cartoon, many of them even hiring Asians to make Cartoon
for them. Here are some of them : - Teen Titans made by Korean animators hired by american animation company. - Batman The Animation made by Korean animators hired by american animation company. - Superman The Animation made by Japanese animators hired by american animation company. - The Boondocks made by Korean and Japanese animators hired by american animation company. The list above are just a few of the american animation [ Cartoon ] that were made by hiring Asian animators, there are still many other non Asian countries out there who are doing what the american did by hiring Asians to make animation for them even to this day.
The deference between Anime and Cartoon There are many deference between Anime and Cartoon, such as : - The Art - The most basic one is the art, the art used on Anime are Manga art while the art used on Cartoon are comic art. You can see the deference between Manga and Cartoon art by seeing the Anime and Cartoon examples we provided. - Realistic Aspect - Other than the deference of art, Anime are far more realistic than Cartoon which results in the existence of Hentai or adult only Anime. - Age Aimed - Most or around 84% Anime are aimed for teenager and adult, one of the fact can be seen on the existence of Hentai. On the other hand, most or over around 99% Cartoon are aimed for babies or children. The realistic aspect Anime that are far more realistic than Cartoon are also one of the fact of how most Anime were aimed for teenager and adult.
By seeing the deference between Anime and Cartoon, those who said Anime and Cartoon are the same were wrong such as when they said Anime are Cartoon, Anime are technically Cartoon or Anime in definition are Cartoon, because : - Anime are not Cartoon - Anime and Cartoon have deferent quality, Anime have much more higher quality that you can see it at how Anime look more realistic than Cartoon as proof of how Anime have much more higher quality. So Anime are not Cartoon or Anime not = Cartoon because Anime and Cartoon does not have the same quality. Also,Anime are brand name for Asians [ Japan, Korea, China ] animation while Cartoon are brand name for non Asians [ america, Canada, France ] animation, it is just like Subaru [ Japanese car brand ] and Cadillac [ american car brand ] who both in definition are cars but are not the same because both of it have deferent quality. So saying Anime are Cartoon are like saying Subaru are Cadillac that are very ignorant and idiotic to say. - Anime are not technically Cartoon - Making Anime are using a much more higher technique and art, you can see it at how Anime look more realistic than Cartoon as the proof. So Anime are not technically Cartoon because Anime and Cartoon does not have the same technique and art on how to make an Anime and on how to make a Cartoon. - Anime in definition are not Cartoon - In definition Anime is animation and not Cartoon, just like the other animation forms such as Claymation, CG, FMV and including Cartoon. So Anime in definition are not Cartoon because the definition of Anime and Cartoon are animation forms.
Those who said Anime are Cartoon, Anime technically Cartoon, Anime in definition are Cartoon or anything else that try to associate Anime with Cartoon are mostly those who try to get credit from Anime superiority and popularity since Anime are far more superior and popular than Cartoon when on the other hand they or the same peoples/race as them not capable to make even 1 Anime. Also those who have superiority complex or those who think they are the best peoples/race because they or the same peoples/race as them were not capable to make even 1 Anime to this day and only able to make Cartoon while the fact shows Anime are far more superior and popular than the Cartoon they made. There also those who try to associate Anime with Cartoon by saying Japanese copying american Cartoon to make Anime or Japanese inspired by american Cartoon to make Anime. Those were all lies because : - Anime are far more superior than Cartoon, making something based on something inferior will not result into something more superior but will result into something more inferior or at least will be the same as the one being copied. - The superiority of Anime have towards Cartoon proved how Anime are the original and not a copy because the original always the best. - The deference between Anime and Cartoon especially the basic or the art used on Anime and the art used on Cartoon because Anime using Manga art while Cartoon using comic art. - The last one is, if someone accuse someone else of copying his/her creation then at least he/she must be able to make the same thing made by the person he/she accused to show that he/she is not just accusing or not just making nonsense but in reality american and westerner are not capable to make even 1 Anime or a more better quality or at least the same quality animation as Anime to this day while they keep accusing Japanese making Anime by copying their Cartoon, what more shameful for those american and westerner is they keep on hiring Japanese or other Asians to make animation or what they call as Cartoon for them to this day. Their shameful and prideless actions of trying to associate the Anime they not capable to make with the Cartoon they can only made are causing damage towards Anime because of the fact of how Anime are far more superior than Cartoon, trying to associate something inferior to something superior are the same as giving bad reputation to the superior one. And if those american and westerner really believe what they said about Japanese making Anime based on their Cartoon then those american and westerner must stop on to keep watching Anime because when those american and westerner keep watching Anime rather than their own Cartoon or when those american and westerner prefer to watch Anime more than their own cartoon then that means those american and westerner admitted that Anime is the original while their Cartoon is the copy or those american and westerner admitted Anime are more better than their own Cartoon which proved Anime are the original. Remember, the original always the best compared to the copy one.
More about Anime Anime also known as realistic animation because of the realistic and more detailed characters, environment, scenery, scenes and story of the Anime it self compared to any other animation form such as Cartoon. You can simply just call Anime as realistic animation because of those reasons.
Anime characters : - Eyes - Anime character's eyes are resembling or look like what human's eyes are. The Anime character's eyes attitude will change depending on the mood of the Anime characters have such as when crying the Anime character's eyes will glowing and tears will shed down from their eyes just like what human's eyes are when a human are crying. You may have wondered as to why there are many Anime characters who have big eyes while there are also many Anime characters who are not, also why the Anime characters who have big eyes are mostly female Anime characters, plus why in 3D Anime you can't find any Anime characters who have big eyes. The reason for the big eyes you see in many Anime's characters who mostly female Anime characters are no other than to make the Anime character looks more cute and adorable, it is one of the Manga art technique used to make a Manga character to look more cute and adorable. For the reason why there are no Anime characters who have big eyes in 3D Anime is no other than because 3D Anime are using real model [ human ] as the 3D Anime character's model., so there is no need to use the Manga art technique to make 3D Anime characters look cute and adorable since the model already cute and adorable themselves. Manga art is an art style that not produce realism while still look realistic, so it is very deferent from realism art style which produce a realistic picture or a picture that look exactly like the person which become as its model such as the same eye sizes, the same facial form, the same body form, etc. You can see one of the example of Manga art as an art style that not produce realism while still look realistic when you look at an Anime character which have eye sizes that are more bigger than human eye sizes, it may seems not normal but still look realistic because even the eye sizes look not normal like human eyes sizes should be but it is supported by other aspect of the Manga art style including by the face and body form of the Anime character. - Face expression - You will see many face expressions from one Anime character have when you watch an Anime, such as cute, embarrassed, shy, sad, happy, angry, laughing, scared, shocked or many other human's face expressions. - Body Shape - Anime character's body form or body shape are more detailed that will make you see what we explain earlier about Anime superiority towards any other animation form are based on fact. Anime characters body form or shape are resembling what a human body or shape looks like, from hair to their finger foot. There is even what known as Hentai [ Blue Anime ] that are made only for adults and the reason is because of the realisticness of the Anime characters body. - Movement and attitude - The movement and attitude of Anime character also the same, they resembling what a human's movement and attitude are. How they walk, run, dance, opening something, eating, drinking, etc.
Anime environment and scenery : You shall see the environment such as a building, house, city, planet, universe and any other environments in Anime were created into a far more-more realistic one compared to any other animation form such as Cartoon. The same with the scenery such as weather scenery like snow, trees breeze, sea, rain, lighting, morning, noon, night and any other scenery in Anime are made into a far more-more realistic scenery.
Anime scenes : Fighting, war, sad, happy, party, magic cast and all other scenes on Anime are very intense on details and realisticness as well.
Anime story : Anime story involves around fantasy, romance, humour and Japanese tradition or culture. Compared to Cartoon, Anime story are very deep that will mostly brought the audience into the story of the Anime itself. Anime are mostly not for those who are under the age of 13 years old, not only because of the depth of the Anime story but also because of the realisticness of the Anime itself. You will mostly become happy, sad, exited, shocked, even fall in love towards the Anime characters and any other feelings you can feel when you watch an Anime because of the depth of the Anime story and the realisticness of the Anime when you watch an Anime.

Manga & Cosplay Manga Manga are an art originated from Japan, also used as a bran name for Japanese graphic novels originated from. Just like how Anime that are deferent than Cartoon, Manga are also not the same as Comic, the reason are the same with the deference between Anime and Cartoon that are made using deferent technique and art which results in having deferent quality. Just like Hentai or adult only Anime, there is also known as Doujinshi or adult only Manga.
Cosplay From hundreds millions fans of Anime out there, many of them are into cosplay or costume play, cosplaying means mimicking or dressing yourself into the character you want to be. Cosplay can be used to see how popular and realistic an entertainment form [ animation, video games, movie, etc ] really are for the audience of those entertainments. Because those who cosplaying themselves or making themselves to be what they see are those who have a very deep feeling towards what they are cosplaying into. So the more cosplayers an entertainment form [ animation, movie, video games, etc ] have then that means the more popular or the more fans that entertainment got. Cosplay originated from Japan and originally about dressing characters from Anime and other Asian entertainment form but today cosplay have been evolve into dressing more than just characters from Anime and Asian entertainment form but also into as characters from other non Asians entertainment form as well started from the day when cosplay become a trend outside of Asia. But most cosplayers in the world still mostly cosplaying as Anime characters and other characters from Asian entertainment to this day.
